Sports Edge Model — every game called, every call graded, in public

Mission

Sports Edge Model exists to give bettors an honest, unbiased read of the betting market — and the statistical literacy to check our work. We are not here to sell picks. We are here to measure, in public, what the market knows.

1. Transparent data

Every game the model evaluates goes on the board before it starts, and every call gets graded when the game goes final — wins and losses, in the same font, on the record. Nothing is quietly deleted, re-dated, or averaged away. If the model has a bad week, the bad week is published. A record you can't audit is a story, not a record.

2. Honest measurement

The market is very good. Most days, on most games, the prices are right — and when they're right, the honest output is silence. That's why no score, no pick is a feature here, not a gap: a flagged play means the numbers cleared a real bar, and no flag means they didn't. We track what would happen if the model bet every lean anyway, and we show that losing number too, because the difference between discipline and noise is the product. We'd rather report a small, true edge than a large, imaginary one.

3. Education over promotion

The long-term goal isn't a subscriber who follows picks — it's a reader who can de-vig a line, price a fee, and spot an overclaim from any tout, including us. The Lab teaches the math from the ground up, and our methodology is documented, not proprietary mystique. When we don't know something yet, it goes on the open-questions list in public until we can answer it with data.

What we will not do

No guaranteed winners. No "locks." No cherry-picked screenshots. No pressure to bet — this site works just as well as a reason not to place a bet, and most days that's exactly what the numbers say.

Model output is informational and entertainment content, not betting or financial advice. If you bet, bet what you can afford to lose.
